1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately

- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
- Full refund will be processed for successfully cancelled orders
1.2 Cancellation by Valuelinko
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability due to stock issues
- Delivery address is outside our serviceable area
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Pricing or product information errors on our platform
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and any payment made will be fully refunded.
2. Return Policy
⚠️ Important: Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
2.1 Eligible for Return/Refund

- Damaged Items: Products received in damaged condition during transit
- Spoiled/Rotten Products: Fresh produce that is spoiled or rotten upon delivery
- Incorrect Items: Products different from what was ordered

2.2 Not Eligible for Return
- Products reported after the 2-hour return window
- Items that have been used, consumed, or opened (except to verify quality)
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Change of mind after receiving the order

For Damaged or Spoiled Items:
- Inspect all items at the time of delivery
- Report damages immediately to the delivery person if possible
- Take photographs showing the condition of damaged items
- Keep the damaged items intact until resolution

5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Options
Once your return request is approved, you may choose from:
- Replacement: We will send a replacement for the affected items at no extra cost
- Store Credit: Credit will be added to your account for future purchases
- Full Refund: Refund to your original payment method (for COD orders, refund via bank transfer)
